The Center for a New American Security (CNAS) invites you to join a discussion with Secretary of the Army Mark Esper on talent management and the Army's modernization strategy. The discussion, moderated by CNAS Senior Fellow Susanna Blume, will focus on the Army's plan to increase soldier lethality and develop improved weapons and equipment. The Army published its modernization strategy and priorities on October 3, 2017, creating eight cross-functional teams to address the Army's six modernization priorities.
